do something fabulous

Reaching my 22nd year of life, I am no closer to figuring out what I want to do with after college than I was 4 years ago. For the 22nd anniversary of my birth, I chose to take a vacation from the computer for mostly the whole day. I only went to one class, had lunch with one of the most incredible people I know (shoutout to Becca Calvert), and baked cupcakes the entire afternoon, while listening to my Mariah Carey Holiday pandora radio station... (don't judge until you've tried it). Hanging out with people I love and making cupcakes was the perfect way to spend my birthday.
I've declared that I will do something fabulous every day of my 22nd year.  Today, while my co-worker and I were looking for a key to get us into plainjane, I took the opportunity to visit Two Story Coffeehouse here in Athens for a cup of tea, while I worked on my pending designer website for school (and for my future, I suppose). I know I enjoyed eavesdropping on my neighbors' conversation about his and her futures more than I enjoyed completing my work... It's nice to know that hardly anyone my age knows what to do for the rest of his/her life. My mom says to just get a college degree, then go from there. Currently working on completing that first part, and as far as the "go from there" part, we'll see what happens.
Until then, enjoy this little picture I got courtesy of thatshappy.blogspot.com.
